So I had to maintain the 360 behavior of Z+/Z-, so gas and brake cannot be pushed simultaneously. Due to how the game works, you have to use a split-axis for analog gas/brake. (Or delete the original file and rename mine the same as the old one you just deleted, same thing.)Īssuming you have already launched MC2 and configured it to default to the 360 pad, you merely have to replace the *.map corresponding to your 360 pad with the file or contents of mine (making sure it has the same filename when you're done, of course). I have the controller config from my profile inside of userdata (inputdevice_.map), Overwrite its contents into whatever inputdevice is your 360 controller. ![]() Due to this, you will either need to reconfigure your controls in-game again, or use the map I provided.Ĭopy all files to the main folder of MCII. Via XInput Plus, this remaps buttons (A is B, B is X, X is A, LSB is start, RSB is back) to make up for the fact some things are hardcoded like pause and main menu navigation. I have also reduced the stick deadzone 5% to compensate for the fact that the game does have a mild deadzone of its own. ![]() This is basically the v2 upload now, except I made a change that both allows this game to 1) go without xinputplus's buggy sticky force feedback emulation AND 2) not freak out when it's off/Morii's Force Feedback Driver for Xinput is installed.
